How can I delete a job alert?
You can delete a job alert at any time on the "Your active alerts" page. You can access it from your Job Alerts emails or your job seeker dashboard.
From your Job Alerts emails:
- Click on "Manage my alerts" at the bottom of the email.
- Enter the email address you used to subscribe to Job Alerts, and click on "Next".
- Enter your password or the confirmation code sent to your email address, and click on "Sign in".
- Click on the trash can icon located at the right side of the alert to delete it permanently.
From your dashboard:
- Go to Job Bank for job seekers and sign in to your account.
- Click on the "Alerts" tab above the search bar.
- Click on the trash can icon located at the right side of the alert to delete it permanently.
