How do I access my messages?
Accessing your messages on Job Bank is easy! All you need to do is:
- Log in to Job Bank for Employers.
- Click on "My messages" from the left-hand menu on your Dashboard.
- Click on the "Inbox" tab.
- Click on the message you wish to view.
After reading the message, you can click on "Close" at the top left of the page. You can also delete the message once you complete the requested action. All deleted messages are moved to the "Deleted items", where you can still view them.
Note: You can choose to stop receiving certain types of messages and emails from Job Bank. To do this, log in to your user account, and click the "Communication preferences" tab. Then, select the types of emails and messages you want to receive and click "Save". You can update your communication preferences at any time
