Why do I receive messages?
You receive messages when an action is needed to move forward with the assessment of an employer file are responsible for. It’s important to follow up on these requests, submit all required documents and respond to callback requests. This will allow Job Bank to process your employer file and review the job postings you created.
You can choose to stop receiving certain types of messages and emails from Job Bank. To do this, log in to your user account, and click the "Communication preferences" tab. Then, select the types of emails and messages you want to receive and click "Save". You can update your communication preferences at any time
Note: Your job postings will be on hold until a Job Bank officer approves the employer file associated with the submitted jobs.
